Skill-based Sourcing Model
Since 2000, skilldeal has acquired a weath of experience in working with software developers in Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Belarus and India. Based on this project experience, we have developed a skill-based sourcing model: We provide a variable combination of different resources custom-tailored to each customer's specific situation.
ONSITE: The project management is done by our team in Berlin. Experienced project managers with technical know-how, business and legal training and Slavic language skills are the interface between our customers and our development team. We provide this service either in the skilldeal office or onsite at the customer’s premises.
NEARSHORE: The actual development work is typically done by our teams in Poland, Romania and Belarus. Effective tools and processes are in place – such as Mantis, Bugzilla, CVS, PHProjekt, e-mail and instant messaging. Depending on the project and customer's situation, the development may also take place in Berlin – where a sufficient number of PC workstations are available.
OFFSHORE: The testing of the applications is separated from the development team and carried out either by our German specialists or by a specialized offshore partner company. Together with our partners we have build up significant process know-how.
We offer a weighted and optimized combination of these three procurement approaches - onsite, nearshore, offshore - on the basis of our customers' expectations with regard to cost, delivery time and risk. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, flexible, economical and “just-in-time" solutions.
